The “In-house” design, as well as the selection from a wide range of quality materials and equipments, professional engineering and systems integration, and painting… - the aircraft is entirely taken care of.
The company’s human resources have evolved from 20 to 150 people in only a few years and are expected to achieve 400 people in 2 years, and its brand new headquarters are located at the European Aero Space Valley in the South-West of France.
JCB Aero has just invested 3 million Euros aimed at reinforcing its position as a top supplier of VVIP cabin interiors to worldwide demanding customers. Hence an innovative and ecological new building dedicated to the corporate headquarters as well as design and R&D departments, an update of the existing modern production lines and tools, along with the acquisition of a very “haute-couture” saddle workshop with the most skilful craftsmen of the profession, to now take care of the finest upholstery for the aircraft interiors.
This new saddle- and upholstery workshop came to complete the already existing -aircraft interior specialised- production units: paint shops, composite shops and thermoforming machines, as well as cabinetry wood workshops. All JCB Aero workshops have received certifications for Repair Aircraft Restraint Systems and Crew Restraint Systems.
Therefore JCB Aero is now autonomous in undertaking any full cabin interior design project, in accordance with the most demanding client specifications. Beyond aircrafts, JCB Aero is extending its services to VIP helicopters and luxury yachts.
Last, to get even closer to its customers and especially to the many middle jet - and other aircraft owners, JCB Aéro will be inaugurating a brand new and fully owned completion platform in Auch in the South-West of France, within the next few months. The hangar is currently being conceived to welcome and service any type of business- and VIP jet.
More than 200 aircrafts cruising around the globe are equipped and serviced by JCB Aéro today, with the most beautiful and efficient interior cabins. It appears that many more are to come in the near future!
